Return Policy

We understand that sometimes a part is incorrectly ordered or no longer needed. However, ensuring we only sell high quality parts is critical to our customers’ satisfaction. As such, all returned items must be new and unused.

If your item is new and unused and you would like to return it, please review the following guidelines for a full and timely refund:

  • We inspect all returns and cannot accept any that show signs of use or damage.
  • If you are uncertain about whether or not a part will repair your boat, we recommend contacting a certified Malibu technician as we are unable to return items that have been installed or used in any way.
  • All items must be returned within 30 days of their delivery date.
  • All items must be returned in their original packaging (where applicable). This refers to the OEM packaging, not the container the items were shipped in.
  • Original packaging that has been torn or damaged cannot be accepted as it is no longer in new condition, even if the item itself wasn’t used.
  • Returns on special order items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. A special order item is anything that was not in stock at time of purchase (this includes "pre-order" items).
  • All sales on items that are discounted at 35% or more off are final -- they will be non-returnable/non-refundable.

Electrical Items

  • Most electrical items come sealed in a plastic container. In order to return these items, they must remain sealed/unopened. If this container is opened, we cannot accept it. Please do not open sealed items unless you are 100% certain you will keep them.


  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping must be prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D.
  • Please do not use the item’s original packaging to ship as it could become damaged in transit. We recommend using the shipping container the item(s) were sent in.
  • Please pack the item(s) securely to prevent shipping damage. We have no way of knowing how any damage occurred.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


  • A return form must be completed in order to process any return.
  • After we have received the completed return form and the item(s) being returned, we will process the refund within 1-2 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original card used. Please ensure it is still active.
