Shipping policy

At Malibu Parts we strive to provide the best value for Malibu and Axis parts and accessories, including with shipping costs. As such, most orders over $149 qualify for free UPS Ground shipping to the lower 48. Depending on the destination, this can take from 2-6 business days. The chart below shows what transit times are for UPS Ground shipments.

If you need your order quicker, we support a variety of expedited options including: UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air. Please be aware that drop shipped/preorder items will require a processing time before shipping, regardless of the shipping service. Processing times vary from 2 days to 12 weeks depending on the item being ordered.

Exclusions to the free shipping policy include:

  • Oversized items. This includes, but is not limited to, full windshield panels, towers, molded stainless rub rail pieces, complete biminis, engine storage trays, surf pipes, etc.
  • Orders that weigh over fifty pounds.
  • Orders that require freight shipping
  • Hazardous material
  • International orders, including Canada.
  • Orders outside of the lower 48 States (i.e., Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. territories).

In-stock orders placed on a business day (Mon-Fri, non-holidays) before 4:00 P.M. EST will usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 P.M. EST usually will ship the next business day.

*May-Aug, we see a large increase in volume, and the lead time can be extended up to an additional day. Summer lead times can be 1-2 business days to process and ship

The delivery time-frames quoted at check-out are the shipping service providers' (e.g. UPS) estimates. They are not a guaranteed delivery date by us.

Lost or damaged shipments: Malibu Parts is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Once the order leaves our facility, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver it accurately and safely. We do offer optional Redo protection, however, which is a 3rd party partner who can insure your order for a small fee.

International shipping: Malibu Parts ships all international shipments under DAP Incoterms, primarily using DHL Express Worldwide. As such, Malibu Parts is not responsible for duties, import taxes, or customs brokers' fees. Malibu Parts is also not responsible for any shipping charges or additional duties/taxes/fees from packages that are denied or otherwise returned. Please be aware of your country's import rules and regulations before ordering.

Pre-ordered/non-stocked items: Some non-stocked or pre-ordered items under $500 may be subject to a drop-ship fee of up to $30. This fee is charged by the manufacturer to ship from their facility directly to the customer. Additionally, we are unable to offer free shipping labels on any drop-ship orders, even those over $150.
