Restore full helm control and reliability with the OEM Malibu 6.5" touch screen display, introduced on Malibu boats starting in 2011. This factory replacement screen gives you the responsive, integrated control you expect at the dash—helping manage key systems like ballast, Power Wedge, lighting, ignition/security functions, and more (model features vary by boat configuration).

Early first-generation screens were known to delaminate, leading to poor touch response or an unusable display. Later versions were improved with upgraded materials and components designed to better withstand harsh marine environments such as heat, sun exposure, and humidity. If your current Malibu touchscreen is unresponsive, intermittently working, or showing signs of separation, this OEM replacement is the best way to ensure proper operation and long-term compatibility.

  • Type: OEM Malibu Touch Command dash touchscreen display
  • Display size: 6.5-inch class (6-1/2")
  • Use: Integrated helm control interface (ballast, Power Wedge, lights, ignition/security, etc.)
  • Fitment: Malibu models equipped with Touch Command system (verify by your existing display/part details before ordering)
  • Warranty: 30-day standard electrical-part warranty; includes extended coverage up to 1 year at no charge (per seller policy)

Why OEM? Using an OEM screen helps ensure correct communication with your boat’s systems, proper mounting/fit, and dependable performance for seasons to come.

6-1/2" Touch Screen Display

"When my 2011 screen became undependable due to delamination, my dealer said the screen was back ordered and I should park the boat indefinitely. Fortunately, Malibu Parts had screens in stock and my WakeSetter was back in action 5 days later. The screen was a perfect fit and took 10 minutes to install - one bracket with 2 lockwasher nuts and one pin connector cable. I was concerned when the display lit up and asked for a code because I did not recall seeing the factory preset code with shipping papers, but I tried 1-2-3-4 and it worked. I was then able to change the code. This was not the first time I shopped at Malibu Parts and it won't be the last!"

Q&A

Does the dealer have to install the new screen to make sure everything is calibrated correctly? I ask because a dealer told me they have to set up the new screen.
Hey Scott! Thank you for your question. No, the dealer does not have to do the install. The screen should already come with the most up to date software. In some cases you may have to adjust some basic settings such as if the boat has tower lights or if it has blue tooth but nothing major that you would not already find in your owners manual.
