MALIBU/AXIS In tank Fuel pump-Gen4

Fits most(excluding certain 5.7L models) Malibu & Axis boats with standard-size fuel tanks. This is the Gen 4 version that does not have the regulator on top, so it may not look exactly like your existing one. However, this is the correct replacement.

Also, since this pump does not have the regulator (which had a grounding lead), you do not need to use the grounding wire off of the harness.

Please note if you need the gasket and/or washers they are both sold separately.

**In November 2023, Malibu released that this fuel pump will supersede several previous fuel pumps (excluding that of some the Response models). Fuel pumps this pump replaces include:

  • 3020516, 3020516.1, 3020516.2
  • 3020516.3 (excluding certain older model 5.7L engines. For those, you will need to use the original .3 version, which is no longer produced (You will need to find an aftermarket solution. If a Gen4 is installed in a 5.7L motor and you end up with low/high fuel pressure, we will not be able to return it. Please verify first before ordering if you have a 5.7L engine)
  • 3020523.1
