At Malibu Parts we strive to provide the best value in shopping for Malibu and Axis parts and accessories, including shipping costs. As such, most orders over $149 qualify for free UPS Ground shipping to the lower 48. Depending on the delivery destination, this can take from 2-6 business days.
If you need your order quicker you can always pay to expedite your shipping as we support a variety of expedited options including: UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3 Day Select.
Exclusions to the free shipping policy include:
- Oversized items. This includes but is not limited to full windshield panels, towers, molded stainless rub rail pieces, complete biminis, engine storage trays, surf pipes, etc.
- Orders that weigh over fifty pounds.
- International orders, including Canada.
- Orders outside of the lower 48 States (i.e. Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. territories).
Orders placed on a business day (Mon-Fri, non-holidays) before 4:00 P.M. EST will ship that same day. If the order was placed on a non-business day, when we're closed, or after 4:30 P.M. EST it will ship on the next business day.
The delivery time-frames quoted at check-out are the shipping service providers' (e.g. UPS) estimates. They are not a delivery date guarantee by us.
Lost or damaged shipments: Malibu Parts is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Once the order leaves our facility, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver it accurately and safely. We do offer optional Route protection however, which is a 3rd party partner who can insure your order for a small fee.
International shipping: Malibu Parts is not responsible for additional duties or customs brokers fees not listed at check out. Please be aware of your countries' rules and regulations before ordering.
Pre-ordered/non-stocked items: Some non-stocked/pre-ordered items under $150 may be subject drop-ship fee up to $20. This is a fee charged by the manufacturer to ship from their facility.
